Beltaway Return Policy:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt (proof of receipt required) for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

You must obtain a return merchandise authorization number through our web-site. The merchandise must be in “As New” condition and repackaged in the original packaging. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit is your responsibility.

We shall reimburse you for reasonable shipping charges if it is deemed that the merchandise was damaged or defective when received by you or there was an error by us in filling your order.

If there are any discrepancies with your return we shall contact you promptly. Otherwise, the refund with be credited to your credit card you used to purchase.
